Filipo Levi is a dynamic leader, impactful speaker and community champion who has

seamlessly transitioned from an international rugby career to shaping the world of business

and leadership. He has empowered major organisations such as BNZ, VEND Tech, Fisher &

Paykel Healthcare, George Weston Foods, IAG and RYLA through keynotes,

high-performance leadership training and cultural change initiatives, inspiring teams and

leaders to reach new heights. His deep commitment to community upliftment is

demonstrated through his leadership at the Glen Innes Family Centre Charitable Trust as

Chairman and various educational initiatives with Charter Schools in West and South

Auckland and his local St Peters Presbyterian church.

A former International Rugby captain of Manu Samoa and a Super Rugby veteran, for the

Highlanders, Over a decade of Playing professional rugby overseas in Japan, England,

Wales, Filipo's journey has forged a leadership style rooted in resilience, adaptability, and

inclusion. Filipo’s passion for education and leadership extends beyond the field, and his
